The main two comments that I received were;
"The website conveys through the redesign a perfect balance between a modern aesthetic style and the traditional symbolism use throughout the design, creating what I believe to be the perfect resolution for a rerelease campaign in which the objective is to obtain fans and improve sales"
"The final design shows that the users experience has been heavily considered in to every single step of the website. The navigation system of both formats combined with the aspects of the design of which set the website apart and make it memorable such as the inviting loading sequence and the user-engaging facilities make the website in to a fantastic piece of User Experienced Design"
This feedback for the outcomes was phenomenal as I reviewed verbal confirmation that I had achieved exactly what I had set out to do. Firstly that I had created a visually stunning album by aesthetics but not only this but that said aesthetics used could better represent what the album release and group are like. Also the fact that I wanted the website to come across to the use are simple and concise making ti easily graspable to the user and finally that the website included the perfect amount of user-engagement ensuring that the user remembers the time they spent on the site but not too much as this could cause over complications for the use and therefore out them off.
The most worrying comment that I received was that even though the aesthetic choices work visually that possibly they aren't closely enough related to the artist of the album that is being released and what they are all about and that actually by making the website have an overly modern aesthetic I have broke the link between the design and the artist. Although I take this on as reasonable feedback I don't really agree with it as the fact that this is serving as a rerelease of the album a change in aesthetic style was exactly what was needed to gain more followers and revitalise he album for the anniversary rerelease and so this justifies the change in Aesthetic. Without this drastic change that album wouldn't have come across to possible followers as anything different to the first time it was released and therefore would fail in increasing album sales.
