OUGD504 Studio Brief 04 - Web Wireframes

The first page the viewer of the website will encounter is the loading screen page, in the centre of the page there will be some sort of moving image or video that will display the loading of the website and then an enter button to be pressed to move on from the loading screen in the the actual website. This video/moving image will attract and engage the viewer adding to the experience the viewer has while on the website.

The next stage that the viewer will encounter will be the home page of the website, this will be made up of a number of hyperlink style buttons used to navigate through the different pages that make top the site, a focal image that will display what the site is mainly about and finally this page will also include the majority of writing in the website including an introduction in to what the whole site is about and about the album being released.

The next page will be a much more simple page to design, it will simply include the same header bar that is feature on all of the pages and then furthermore it will include two major areas of type in which the album tour information will be displayed.

The fourth page available for the viewer to access will be a page in which photographs of the artist from previous tours, concerts and festivals and it will also include any other photography relates to the album, maybe such as a photo diary of the creation and recasting process of the re-release. This page will serve as a area in which viewers can go to see back story on the album, and other related photographs of the artist. I envision this page being somewhat interactive as the last few where it was necessary to display information weren't as interactive. The images in the page will have some sort of scrolling function and more than the images shown on screen at any one time will be accessible by a horizontal scroll.

The next page similarly to the last photography page this next page will also involve some more types of media but instead of images it will be a video page. Like the last page I would also like to make it somewhat interactive aswell, and this could be achieved by using another different style of scroll possibly a vertical scroll instead.

If these last two pages the photography and the videos could be combined I believe this would be the best way as this would ensure that the website isn't too overcomplicated and large as it will only be active for around six weeks.

The penultimate page will be the page in the website in which the viewers of the website can go to to place a preorder for the album, of which will be offered as a before release order that comes with some other additional merchandise.

After the release date of the album this page will turn from a preorder placing page to a page in which the album or merchandise alone can be bought.
This page will be a combination of image son the products and texts about them.

The final page in the website will include a place in which the viewers of the website can go and listen to the music online, but not download.
The page will include the usual header style links bar and this will be combined with some sort of imagery that will signify the audio files and this will be accompanied by some text.
