This final part of the research entails a look in to this artwork for Plaid's album Scintilli by the designer Chap Idler II in which he implements that really attracted me to the design work. He used softwares not usually used by most album artwork designers in order to obtain a very different effect, he used 3D modelling software to create a design that incorporates three dimensional design aspects such as depth and lighting effects that are not easy to make through the use of the common graphic design softwares such as the adobe suite.
Chap Idler II used this style and combined the aesthetics of 3D design with some very professional typography to create an album cover that everyone will find aesthetically pleasing, whether they are interested in artist or not, the bright colours create an overall eye catching design.
This really attracted me as it was interesting to see what can be achieved through different practices that I don't have any experience with and made me excited with the potential to learn a new skill.
